Join us this fall for our new class “Let’s Read the Bible”.

We will discuss the obstacles to consistent scripture reading, why reading scripture is important, and tools available to help us be consistent. We will talk briefly about original language and background on the variety of translations and the importance of context.  Along with the Bible, we will be using resources such as excerpts from The Chosen, Tara Leigh Cobble’s podcast The Bible Recap, and The Bible Project (animated videos on books of the Bible and a variety of biblical topics) to experience these resources and begin to establish a new habit.

This is an interactive, participative class.
