Minister of Outreach Missions
Missions has always been the heartbeat of my ministry and life’s calling. In January 2015 Richard and I moved to Augusta, at which time I joined the staff and we began our journey with the Trinity family. We have quickly grown to love and greatly appreciate this wonderful community of faith.
Educational paths took several turns for me over the years. After growing up in Brewton, Alabama and after graduating from the University of Montevallo, I served as a paralegal for six years. God then opened a door for me to serve His church as an elder in full time ministry. That put me on the path of completing a Masters of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology, Emory University and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Asbury Seminary in Kentucky.
Since being ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, I have had the opportunity to serve in a wide variety of ministerial positions including being the lead pastor of a new church start as well as various pastoral and teaching roles on the local and international church levels.
Richard and I enjoy walking, reading, and spending time with our grown children who live in North Carolina and Atlanta.
