Dear Trinity Family,
As we prepare to celebrate Trinity on the Hill’s 100th Anniversary, we also want to prayerfully consider what God is calling us to in the years ahead.
Our Church Council has formed a Next Steps Team, a strategic planning committee tasked with evaluating our current ministries, identifying opportunities for growth, and seeking God’s direction for the future of our church. Their goal is not simply to look back on where we’ve been, but to help discern where God is leading Trinity next as we continue our mission to Know Christ and Make Christ Known in our community.
One of the most important parts of this process is hearing from you.
We invite you to complete our church-wide survey by July 31. The survey should take approximately 10–20 minutes to complete. You do not need to answer every question. Instead, we ask that you respond only to the ministry areas where you have firsthand experience or participate regularly. Your thoughtful feedback in those areas will be the most valuable.
Every response will be reviewed by the Next Steps Team. Responses may be submitted anonymously if you prefer. While we sincerely welcome your ideas, observations, and concerns, not every suggestion will be implemented, and not every issue can be addressed immediately. The team’s responsibility is to prayerfully consider all the feedback alongside Scripture, our church’s mission, available resources, and God’s calling for Trinity as they develop recommendations for our future. We are committed to keeping the congregation informed throughout the process and will provide updates as key milestones are reached.
