Weddings
Your wedding is one of the most significant days of your life. At the same time, a marriage is much more than just a wedding. The service of Christian marriage is a solemn and sacred expression of Christian worship. It is a sacred covenant reflecting Christ’s covenant with the church.
We offer the use of our Sanctuary or Chapel to Trinity members and their families and expect regular participation in worship once a wedding has been scheduled.
Scheduling a wedding at Trinity begins with a phone call to the church office. After obtaining the release from the Senior Pastor to schedule the wedding, the senior pastor’s assistant will discuss the dates you have in mind, explain how to reserve the date on the church calendar, go over the required premarital counseling and church fees, and put you in touch with one of our wedding hostesses.
Weddings at Trinity should be officiated by a member of the Trinity clergy or other approved minister. If you would like to have another member of the clergy assist or facilitate the entire service, we ask you to speak with our Senior Pastor before any invitation is extended. It is appropriate for invitations to outside clergy be extended by the Senior Pastor. We count on visiting clergy to honor Trinity’s wedding guidelines.
